HERB-ROASTED POTATOES RECIPE
These babies are better than fries – I could not stop eating them! They are naturally gluten free
My mom already told me to make them again this week for the family
I love the fact I was able to use rosemary from the garden – rosemary is my favorite herb ever — I pretty much like it with everything especially whole roasted chicken – use some lemon juice and rosemary and you are set

INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 Pounds of Small Red Potatoes
- ⅓ Cup of Oil
- ½ Tsp of Salt
- ¼ Tsp of Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Rosemary
- ¼ Tsp of Pepper
- 2 Cloves of Garlic - minced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a casserole dish - 9x13 place oil and garlic
- Take each potato and cut in half - place in the oil
- Move the potatoes through the oil and place the white ( meat) part of the potato on the bottom
- Season the potatoes with all the ingredients left
- Bake for 15 minutes
